This is an asymmetrical ancestor figure from the Ewe people of Ghana west Africa. Has asymmetrical form, with the large head cocked to the side. The patina has remnants of natural kaolin pigment libations. In good condition with wear and weathering. The arm has been indigenously reattached with a nail. Custom mounted. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 24cm
