A JAUNTY HORSE +RIDER TALISMAN FROM CAMEROON /CHAD( No 2256)

This is a miniature copper talisman from the Kotoko tribe of Chad/ Cameroon West Africa.  It depicts a horse and rider and would have been owned by a warrior.  The horse has a notable mane, with an abstracted style.  Features a softened patina from age.  Made using lost wax technique of bronze making.  In good condition with wear.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. width approx 2.5cm.
