This is an effortful venavi doll from the Ewe tribe of Ghana, west Africa. The arms are angular and the fists are clasped. Has a nice softness from handling, particularly on the face. The patina of the body looks like it has been wearing a fabric smock. In good condition, with wear. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 16cm
