This is a small buttercup yellow Kpeliye'e Bird mask from the Senoufo people of the Burkina Faso, West Africa.  Has an expressive carving style.   Stylised form.  Made from an solid African hard wood..  Has an old painted patina.  In good condition with wear, some at the back edge, at the holes. Base not included.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Width approx 22cm
