AN UNIQUELY SHAPED ANIMAL STAFF FROM TANZANIA EAST.AFRICA ( No 4628)

This is a shapely, sculptural figural staff from Tanzania East Africa.   Striking example with natural branch form depicting an animal head.  Looks like a giraffe.  The patina is nicely developed.  Made from a lovely orange African hardwood.  This is a unique example, in good condition with wear.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used.  Height approx 100cm
