A POWERFUL MASK FROM LEGA TRIBE, CONGO ( No 4951

This is a powerful  mask from the Lega tribe of the Congo.   Has remnants of white kaolin pigment with silica flecks from the minerals of that region.Encrusted patina .   In good condition with signs of a repair crack with wear and weathering.  We guarantee this item has been tribally used.  Stand not included .Height approx 26 cm
