This is a rare and striking woman’s cloth from the Ewe people of Ghana.  Has a spatial denimy pattern with pink panels interspersed which is unusual to find.  A nice weight to this cloth.  Made of pure cotton, hand woven on a portable loom, then hand stitched together.  A strip weave cloth, In good condition with wear.   Height approx 160 x 100cm
