This is a massive beaded stool from the Kamba people of Kenya, east Africa. Ex UK collection. Features a lovely embedded glass bead pattern, featuring animals and concentric circles. Has a fine carving style with added design elements, like the stylised legs. This is a rare and sculptural piece. Has a beautifully used patina throughout.
