This is a wonderfully patinated wooden bowl from the Tutsi tribe of Rwanda. Features a form of decorative metal repair work to  extend its life.  The indigenous philosophy of conserving resources.  Made from a pretty, dark coloured, dense African hardwood. In good condition., with wear.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Width approx 45cm.
