A RESONANT TALISMAN FROM THE TIV TRIBE OF NIGERIA WEST AFRICA ( No 2852 )

This is an otherworldly figural talisman from the Tiv tribe of Nigeria West Africa.  A wooden figure carved in relief, wrapped in a leather sheath with holes for eyes.  In good condition with wear.  Might have had beads for eyes which have been lost.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used.  Does not stand unassisted.  Height approx 9cm.
