A GENEROUS WOODEN BOWL, TURKANA TRIBE KENYA ( No 4261 )

This is a generous large traditional bowl from the Turkana tribe of Kenya, East Africa.  Voluptuous deep form with burnished decorations on the underside.   Featuring a nicely used patina.  Made from an attractive dark red coloured African hardwood.  In good condition.,Smokey but not unpleasant smell  with wear.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. width approx 35cm
