A HORN PENDANT PRESTIGE NECKLACE, BAULE TRIBE, IVORY COAST ( No 4771 )

This is a long and intricate vintage guilt brass,  prestige necklace  from the Baule tribe of the Ivory Coast, West Africa.  Worn as adornments at weddings and other special occasions.  The complicated  vintage brass hand made chain coupled with the lost wax brass pendant.  The pendant is a ceremonial horn . All have a nice patina that has deepened with age.  In good condition. Height 40cm approx
