Shipping policy

Greetings .. we endeavour to pack and send your order in the shortest time possible .Mostly this is achieved within 3 to 4 days , most weeks we are  travelling between london and Shropshire which can delay sending by up to 7 days  , local holidays , overseas travel or travel disruptions may lengthen this . Please let us know if your purchases have time restrictions for birthdays or presents etc .  Tracking will be sent when package is collected . If you choose collection in person , it’s possible to collect from our NW10 6RH storage or at our current pop up .Rarely the online estimate for shipping is incorrect by a large enough amount to make a impact on our ability to subsidise it , In these cases we will offer a new cost of shipping and the option to refund purchase if this new rate is not acceptable to client . You are responsible for your countries custom laws and for the customs clearance but as of yet , we have had almost no issues related to export throughout the world . Thanks Tribalspace 🙏
