AN ARTISTIC DOUBLE SIDED RED BEADED SHIRT WITH NDOP TRIM, BAMILEKE TRIBE OF CAMEROON ( No 4100 )

This is a large, interestingly beaded tunic from the Bamileke people of Cameroon, west Africa. Has a dramatic geometric design on a red background, depicting circular shapes.  Glass bead decoration on all sides.  There is traditional ndop fabric around the neck and arms, and at the bottom edge.  In good original condition with wear.  Height of tunic approx 60cm.
