This is a simply engraved lip plate /plug from the Suri tribe of Ethiopia. In great condition. It has pure form and a rich dark colour and linear engravings reminiscent of scarification. In good collectible condition, with minor distress around the edge.  Wear commensurate with tribal use. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. W approx 10cm
