A MEDIUM-LARGE, LUSCIOUS +DEEP WOODEN BOWL FROM TUAREG TRIBE NIGER W. AFRICA ( No 2884 )

A deep, generous traditional wooden bowl from the Tuareg tribe of Niger, West Africa. Has a flared rim with engraved lines around its girth.  The patina is well developed and has a deep luscious satin lustre.  Has a round bottom which requires a ring which is not included.  Can sit on a small tape.  In good condition, with some wear. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Width approx 30cm
