SD AN ENCRUSTED DOUBLE SIDED MAGICAL POUCH FROM BENIN (No 1660 )

This is a talismanic pouch power object from
the Ewe tribe of Benin. Has talismans con-
cealed inside the pouch and has them en-
crusted on the outside and seed pods on
other side. The patina has remnants of cere-
monial libations. Good collectable condition,
some distress only. We guarantee this item
has been tribally used. Height approx 24cm.
