A BEGUILING BIRD NATURE SPIRIT, ADAN TRIBE GHANA ( No 2689)

This is an incredible hornbill nature spirit from the Adan people of Ghana. Would have been placed on a personal altar with ancestor figures and other symbols of tribal life.  Has paraphrased geometric form, with an angular breast.  Remnants of pigment throughout from ceremonial libations.  In good condition, with wear. Custom mounted.  We guarantee that his item has been tribally used. Height approx 25cm
