This is a very practical woven Tutsi basket from Rwanda. Simple coil construction with a number of traditional repairs.  Features a layered patina that shows  history of use.  In good condition., with wear.  This is a tray basket.  Has been photographed upright but does not stand unassisted.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. width approx 30cm
