A BEAUTIFULLY PATINATED THUMB PIANO, HE HE TRIBE TANZANIA ( No 2204)

This is a simply shaped, handmade thumb piano from the He He tribe of Tanzania, East Africa.  Simple box like form with metal keys and holes for resonance. Made from a dense, dark coloured African hardwood, worn on the sides from holding.  Features a well used and obviously old patina which is an asset.  In good condition., with wear.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 25cm
