A CHIEFS DAGGER FROM THE BAULE TRIBE OF THE IVORY COAST. WEST AFRICA ( No 1524)

This is a fine chiefs dagger from the Baule tribe of the Ivory Coast, West Africa.  The handle is made of wood with engravings, covered in gold leaf.  The leather sheath features two coveted coral covered pecten shells as decoration. In good condition with wear. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used.
