This is a spectacular bottom decoration from the Mangbetu tribe of the Congo..  Ex UK collection with collection numbers at back .   Finely and painstakingly made with thin layers of dyed and natural bark.  In good condition with wear and weathering . This is type of adornment is hard to find.  We guarantee this item has been tribally used .width approx 30cm
