This is a large weathered and textural, very pared down altar figure from the Fon people of Benin, west Africa.   This is a cubist bust. Made from a heavy African hardwood.    In good condition with wear and weathering. Custom mounted.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 50cm
