A well patinated Janus catapult from the Lobi people of the Ivory Coast, West Africa  Depicts two very simple faces pointing in two different directions at the handle.  One into the past and one into the future.  Has a very well developed patina from use.  Custom mounted.  In good condition.  We guarantee this item has been tribally used. Height approx 17cm
