*A STUPENDOUS STRIPED INDIGO WOMANS CLOTH, NORTHERN GHANA ( No 2862 )

This is a well patinated, striped woman’s cloth from Burkina Faso.  Has an attractive and an intensely well patinated denimy blue colour alternating with white and lighter blue in variable stripe sizes.  Made of pure cotton, hand woven on a portable loom, then hand stitched together.  A strip weave cloth, In good condition with wear.   Height approx 130 x 90cm
