A SUPER DUPER ANTIQUE BARK BOTTOM COVER, EX UK COLL. MANGBETU TRIBE OF THE CONGO( No 5056)

This is a superb bottom cover decoration from the Mangbetu tribe of the Congo..  Ex UK collection with collection numbers at back .  This is a medium size compared to the 2 in either side of this example which are larger .  Finely and painstakingly made with thin layers of dyed and natural bark.  In good condition with wear and weathering . This is type of adornment is hard to find.  We guarantee this item has been tribally used .width approx 25cm
