This is a highly attractive deeply red fluid vessel from Kenya. Made from vegetable gourd with a lid with woven fibre edge. There is an integral leather handle with cowrie shell and glass bead decoration. Has a used patina with a lovely red colour and nice sheen. A very neat example. In good condition with wear commensurate with tribal use. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 30cm
