A HIGHLY STYLISED DOLL, MOSSI TRIBE BURKINA FASO ( No 2875 )

This is a highly stylised and futuristic doll from the Mossi people of Burkina Faso, West Africa.  The form is extremely abstract, a series of geometric forms.  The patina is a highlight.  The leather sheath is well patinated and worn in places.  In good condition with  wear and weathering commensurate with tribal use. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. H approx 24cm
