This is a really attractive and large honey pot from the Tutsi people of Rwanda. The indigenous metal repairs are a visual highlight.  Features a well developed, used patina with a satin sheen.  Made from a lovely dense African hardwood with light honey colour.  In good condition with wear commensurate with tribal use. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 45cm.
