This is a futuristic doll from the Mossi people of Burkina Faso. The form is extremely stylised with a wood core covered by a leather sheath, masterfully applied. The patina is well developed with a well used, satin sheen. In good condition. Wear is commensurate with tribal use. Custom mounted.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. H approx 40 cm
