This is a really charming Topeng theatre mask from Java, Indonesia. Worn during traditional Topeng dance theatre. The nose is lig like, with a Salvador Dali-esque moustache, and beady eyes. Features a monochromatic used, patina which has darkened with age and use. In good collectable condition with wear. Stand included. We guarantee this item has been indigenously used.
