This is a large, shapely and uniquely repaired honey pot from the Tutsi tribe of Rwanda, E. Africa . The repairs form part of the ethos of making an imperfection into something beautiful.  Has a nicely used patina that has darkened with age.   In good condition with wear commensurate with tribal use. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 40cm.
